Pak N Mail will be onsite at the Broken Spoke from Tuesday August 7 through Sunday, August 12 to ship outgoing packages from 8:30 am to 11:00 am near the General Store. You can use the same box your gear arrived in (depending on box condition) or we will have shipping supplies available.

In the event Pak N Mail is not available and you are ready to ship, you can leave your gear at the Broken Spoke General Store. Plastic bags, tape and labels will be available to store your gear for pickup if you don’t have a box. We will pack and ship the items the following day. Forms will be available for shipping and billing information. Always be sure to include your phone number. You can provide your credit card information on the form, you can call us with that information, or we can call you. No packages will be shipped until paid for. All packages will be shipped UPS ground unless you request otherwise. We can ship FedEx or Postal from our store in Rapid City, and expedited services are also available. We also ship using Spee Dee Delivery service if you are located in the Spee Dee service area. You can also make special arrangements, such as holding your gear for a few days before we ship.

Outgoing shipping prices vary according to box size and destination. Expect anywhere from 2-7 days to receive your package, depending on the destination. If you ship onsite with us, you will be provided with an estimated arrival date and a tracking number. Otherwise, you can call us for that information.
